Subject to availability, flexibility in timings may be provided during daytime hours (morning check-in / evening check-out without overnight stay). Approval rests with the reserving authority.

Valid Photo ID Required

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Entry Restricted to Registered Guests

Only the persons listed in the booking guest list are permitted to enter and stay in the allotted room(s).

Occupation Register

Every occupant must enter their details in the Occupation Register at the time of check-in.

Room Occupancy

AC / Non-AC Double Rooms are intended for a maximum of two persons.

An extra bed may be provided on request (subject to availability and applicable charges).

AC Room Charges

Guests occupying Air-Conditioned rooms must pay the full AC room rent, irrespective of whether the air conditioner is used or not.

Room Cleanliness and Property Care

Guests are requested to:

Keep rooms clean and tidy
Avoid damaging furniture, fittings, or any property inside the rooms

Any damages will be charged to the guest.

Alcohol and Drugs Prohibited 🚫

Consumption or possession of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the Rest House premises.

Electrical Appliances Not Allowed ⚡

The use of personal electrical appliances such as:

Music systems
Induction cookers
Iron boxes
High-power devices

is not permitted inside the rooms.

Pets Not Allowed 🐾

Pets are not permitted inside the guest house rooms or premises.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The refund policy shall be applicable only if the booking is cancelled within the specified cancellation period through the online portal by the applicant.

Important Notes

Once a booking is confirmed, the applicant will be allowed to cancel within the permitted time period prior to arrival.
All refund requests shall be submitted by the applicant through the online booking portal only.
Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.
