2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the Kerala Guest House Booking System for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Booking and Reservation

When making a booking through our system:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Bookings must be made in advance as per government guidelines
• Valid government-issued ID proof is required at check-in
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards and check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellation policies apply as per government guidelines

4. Payment Terms

Payment for bookings:

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation
• We accept various payment methods as per government guidelines
• Refunds will be processed according to cancellation policies

5. Guest House Rules

Guests must comply with the following rules:

• No smoking in non-smoking areas
• Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• No pets allowed unless specifically permitted
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property
• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

The Government of Kerala and the Guest House Booking System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
